Really good inventory, lots of options and good customer service. One of the few places where you can touch and feel the merchandise before you buy.

Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in buying our new boat! My wife and I had just left another dealer and had a terrible experience. Michael answered the phone just before closing on a Saturday when many businesses are flipping the closed sign and heading out the door. (I don't blame them). He was super helpful and gave us a lot of great info we didn't know or think of. Pretty much sold it over the phone. . Can't wait to get it on the water. Tick tock winter!

Great staff at Midwest Watersports. Everyone from the service department, boat sales, and pro shop (skis wakeboards, surfboards, etc) are very personable and know their stuff.The pro shop in particular has a great in store selection which is becoming harder and harder to find these days.I highly recommend stopping in especially if you are like me and would rather walk out of a store with the item you purchased vs needing to have it shipped to you.Quick tip, if you also end up buying a boat from them, they will give you the new boat buyers discount which applies to everything in the store for that summer.
